GOOGLE TALK

If you have a Gmail account, or another Google sign on, you can sign in to Google Talk here to chat with other Google Talk (or AIM) members.

Google mail--aka gmail.com--is very useful.  You can "label" one email with several labels, which makes it much easier to find later, because it will be listed in several categories.  Also, integration with Google Toolbar, Google Documents and Picassa is much better than with other email services I've used.
